Green Smoothie
The smoothie is a cheat’s way to get maximum nutrients into one easy to drink breakfast. The nutrient content can be boosted by adding super food powders including mama, acai or any super green powder such as spirulina, early grass etc. Remember protein is important in breakfast so spirulina, LSA, chia will provide the protein content. If the fruit is frozen it adds to the taste, this is also a great way of saving fruit that may otherwise go off, peel it and keep it in a sealed container in the freezer.
